CANCELATION POLICY:

Only written cancellations will be accepted.
In the event of NO show the total cost of the reservation will be charged for.

1. If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – 25% of deposit will be retained.
2. If cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival – 50% of deposit be retained.
3. If cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival – 75% of deposit be retained
4. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival – the deposit will not be refunded.
5. All deposits made for High Season are NON refundable.
